Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During
During time of water emergencies proclaimed by the mayor, it shall be the duty of the city administrator and the director of public works to maintain close coordination with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and such other agencies of the federal, state, or other local governments as may have the abilities to assist the city during its period of emergency.
