Boonville Application of regulation to firms, corporations, or institutions ordinance (§ 21-39)

Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During

The provisions of this division shall apply to all persons using water both within and outside the corporate limits of the city, and regardless of whether any person, firm, corporation, or institution using water shall have a contract for water service with the city. These provisions shall also apply to Cooper County Water Supply District No. 2, Missouri Training School for Boys and Cooper County Memorial Hospital.
