Boonville Enforcement officials ordinance (§ 21-37)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During
All employees of the city water department and all police officers are empowered to enforce the provisions of this division. Also, the city administrator shall have the power to appoint any number of persons necessary to enforce the provisions of this division, who shall themselves have the powers of special policemen with the authority to make arrests for any violations of this division.
