Boonville Effective dates of proclamations ordinance (§ 21-36)

Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Use of Water During

Any proclamation issued by the mayor within the scope of this division shall take effect immediately upon its being posted and published, and shall be in full force and effect until rescinded or revoked by the mayor.
