- Blake Rave/application to build a house at 305 Lewis Street
- Motion: Accept the following colors and plans submitted.
- Monterey-Taupe colored house body
- Bronze colored windows, soffit, facia, trim
- Porch with wood columns
- Motion to approve: 1st Drew 2nd Marcia
- Motion approved

Boone County has announced they are moving the permitting process to an online self service process.
