New Franklin Inspection ordinance (§ 515.100)

It shall be the responsibility of the Building Inspector of the City of New Franklin or his/her designee to make inspections of all residential structures and premises to safeguard the safety, health and welfare of the public. Inspections may be made on any dwelling for which a written complaint is filed by any person to the effect that the dwelling or building is or may be in violation of standards herein established.
