Kingdom City Access to Street Required ordinance (§ 510.210)

A. No building permit shall be issued, nor any building constructed, on a property which does not abut a public or private street.

B. No building permit shall be issued in any subdivision until all planned roads and sidewalks have been completed, unless permission to do otherwise is granted by the Board of Trustees, which such permission shall be conditioned upon the posting of a cash deposit or letter of credit in an amount sufficient to complete the required infrastructure.
