Kingdom City Duty of Property Owner to Maintain ordinance (§ 510.060)

A. It is the duty of every property owner to keep the sidewalks, curbs, gutters, culverts, and driveway entrances adjacent to his/her property and in the Village in good repair at all times and free from irregularities and offsets in the surface thereof that may render the same unsafe for use and to maintain any vegetation growing in the drainage ditch or between the drainage ditch and the paved surface of any public road. The adjoining property owner shall keep all culverts free of obstructions.

B. In addition, the property owner shall be responsible for maintaining and mowing the unpaved portion of the right-of-way adjacent to his/her property.
