Definitions. As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the prescribed meanings:

DRIVEWAY: An area used by vehicles or intended to be used by vehicles to access the property from the paved portion of Village streets or State highways.

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR: The Village Administrator or his/her designee.
