Each new consumer of the City's solid waste service who signs up for automatic withdrawal through the City of Hallsville, shall deposit the sum of forty-five dollars ($45.00) with the City as a security deposit for the payment of City services used and billed. If the consumer ends their automatic withdrawal through the City, the remainder of the deposit, thirty dollars ($30.00), will be due on their next billing cycle. The deposit return provided for in Section 230.110 shall apply.
