Hallsville Obligation to Pay Expenses ordinance (§ 135.080)
Chapter 135: Departments, Boards, Committees and Commissions · Article III. Tax Increment Financing Commission
The Commission shall not obligate the City to pay any expenses in connection with its work without the prior consent of the City.
