Hallsville Authorization to Exercise Powers ordinance (§ 135.070)
Chapter 135: Departments, Boards, Committees and Commissions · Article III. Tax Increment Financing Commission
The City authorizes the Commission to exercise all powers listed under the Act, except for the final approval of plans, projects and the designation of development areas.
