Hallsville Investigative Responsibility ordinance (§ 115.280)
Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Administrator
The Administrator shall have the authority to investigate, examine or inquire into the affairs or operation of any department of the City under the jurisdiction, and shall report on any condition or fact concerning the City government required by the Mayor or Board of Aldermen.
