Hallsville Coordination of Work Activities ordinance (§ 115.270)

Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Administrator

The Administrator shall coordinate the work of all departments, agencies and offices of the City, and shall have authority to assign the employees of the City to any department where they are needed for the most effective discharge of the functions of City government.
