Fulton Compensation of the Mayor ordinance (Charter § 4.4)

City Charter · Article IV. Mayor

Compensation of the mayor shall be established by ordinance. The council shall not change the compensation of any mayor, except prior to the election of the mayor to take effect at the beginning of the next term of office for the mayor; provided that such election follows the adoption of such ordinance by at least four

(4) months.
