Fulton Uniformity of surfaces ordinance (§ 98-95)

The top surfaces of all sections of sidewalks made by adjoining lot owners must be joined on the same level or grade, without drops or rises, and any sections or portions of any sidewalk constructed so as to be higher or lower than the adjoining section on either side thereof shall be, by order or resolution of the council, reconstructed and made to conform to the established grade of the adjoining street.
