Fulton Grade ordinance (§ 98-94)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article IV. Sidewalks
The grades of all sidewalks constructed or reconstructed shall conform to the established grade of the street along which such sidewalk is made, unless otherwise ordered by ordinance or resolution.
