Fulton Same—Notice to cut untrimmed hedge ordinance (§ 98-8)

It shall be the duty of the planning and code enforcement officer, as soon as notified that there is situated in the city upon or near a public street a hedge fence which has not been cut as required by section 98-7, to notify the owner or lessor of the property upon which the untrimmed hedges are located. The planning and code enforcement officer shall notify in writing the owner of the fence or property or the agent or person in possession of such land or property so fenced by the hedge to cut the hedge down to the required height within ten days of receipt of notification.
