Fulton Obstruction of traffic ordinance (§ 98-63)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article III. Excavations
Under this article, no public way shall be obstructed so as to inconvenience traffic, whether vehicular or pedestrian, without special permission of the city engineer.
