Fulton Restoration deposit ordinance (§ 98-59)

No person shall receive any permit to excavate in or under any street, avenue, boulevard, road, alley, highway, sidewalk or public easement until such person shall have first deposited with the city a minimum deposit of $100.00, which deposit shall remain with the city until such street, avenue, boulevard, road, alley, highway, sidewalk or public easement in or under which the excavation has been made shall have been restored to as good condition as it was prior to such excavation being made and until the city is notified by the city engineer that such restoration has been made.
