Fulton Priority of snow and ice control ordinance (§ 98-116)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article V. Snow and Ice Control
The city's snow and ice control policy, as adopted and amended administratively, shall guide operational priorities, route classifications, and procedures. The policy shall not create a private right of action or liability for failure to perform in accordance with stated priorities.
