Fulton Obstruction of streets and rights-of-way ordinance (§ 98-114)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article V. Snow and Ice Control
(a) No person shall push, shovel, blow, plow, or deposit snow or ice into any street, alley, or public rightof-way. This applies to property owners, occupants, and any person, business, or contractor performing snow removal services on their behalf.
(b) No person shall place, or allow to be placed, trash carts, dumpsters, or other objects in a manner that interferes with snow removal operations.
(c) It is unlawful to intentionally create conditions that hinder the city's snow and ice control efforts.
