Fulton Disposal ordinance (§ 94-94)

(a) Solid wastes shall be deposited at a processing facility or disposal area approved by the city, complying with all requirements of the state department of natural resources and RSMo 260.200— 260.276.

(b) The manager may classify certain wastes as hazardous wastes which will require special handling and shall be disposed of only in a manner acceptable to the manager and which will meet all local, state and federal regulations.

(c) The dumping of solid waste at any place within the city limits, except at the designated city disposal ground or at such other places as may be directed by the manager, is prohibited.
