Fulton Officers ordinance (§ 86-28)

(a) The commission shall elect its chairman and secretary from among the citizen members. The term of chairman and secretary shall be for one year with eligibility for reelection.

(b) The city clerk or a person designated by the director of administration shall be the recording secretary and keep a record of all actions taken at the meeting. A copy of the minutes of every meeting of the planning and zoning commission shall be delivered to the city council and shall be public record.
