Fulton Certified copy of registration statement used as identification ordinance (§ 6-61)

The city clerk shall return to each applicant under section 6-58 one copy of such registration statement, duly certified by the city clerk as a correct copy of such application. The certified copy of the application shall be in the possession of any person operating the sound truck or sound amplifying equipment at all times while the sound amplifying equipment or any stationary sound amplifying equipment is in operation. Such copy shall be promptly displayed and shown to any police officer upon request.
