Fulton Amendments to registration statement ordinance (§ 6-60)

Chapter 6: Advertising · Article III. Amplification of Sound

All persons using or causing to be used sound trucks or sound amplifying equipment for noncommercial purposes shall amend any registration statement filed pursuant to section 6-58 within 48 hours after any change in the information furnished in such statement.
