Fulton Enforcement and penalties ordinance (§ 50-97)

The fire official is authorized to enforce this article, including ordering extinguishment of fires, revoking or suspending permits, conducting inspections, and documenting violations. Violations are subject to enforcement and penalties pursuant to section 1-20 of this Code. Nothing in this article limits the authority granted under the International Fire Code, including Section 109.
