Fulton Prohibited materials ordinance (§ 50-96)
Chapter 50: Fire Prevention and Protection · Article III. Fire Department
No one may burn garbage, household waste, construction materials, painted or treated wood, pallets, furniture, plastics, tires, rubber, petroleum products, or any material banned by the state department of natural resources.
