Fulton Authority and adopted code ordinance (§ 50-91)
Chapter 50: Fire Prevention and Protection · Article III. Fire Department
This article is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Fulton under applicable state law. Section 307 of the 2015 International Fire Code, as adopted by the city, remains in effect and is supplemented by the provisions of this article. Where local provisions are more restrictive, they shall control.
