Fulton Purpose ordinance (§ 50-90)

This article establishes local standards for open burning, recreational fires, and burn permits within the City of Fulton. The purpose of this article is to protect life, property, public health, and the environment; to provide clear requirements for when outdoor burning is allowed; and to recognize the authority of the fire official to regulate or prohibit burning when conditions pose a safety risk.
