Fulton Composition; probationary period ordinance (§ 50-77)
Chapter 50: Fire Prevention and Protection · Article III. Fire Department
(a) The volunteer fire unit shall consist of such number of members and companies as may be organized by the fire chief.
(b) Each company shall elect one of its members to act as its captain, as provided for in the volunteer manual.
(c) Every volunteer member shall serve a one-year probationary period.
