Fulton Emblems ordinance (§ 30-98)

Metal emblems or markers, flags and guidons are prohibited on graves, except to celebrate Memorial Day and Veterans Day. They may be placed by authorized representatives of lodges, posts, camps, etc., not to exceed two days before Memorial Day or Veterans Day and removed not later than three days thereafter.

Thereafter, such emblems will be removed from the grave by the cemetery employees and stored for a maximum of seven days, at no risk to the city. It is preferable that all such emblems be removed by the organization or person placing them.
