Fulton Cut flowers ordinance (§ 30-97)

(a) Receptacles for cut flowers will be allowed on graves when sunk below the surface of the lawn so that they do not obstruct the lawnmower or appear unsightly when not filled with flowers.

(b) Upon request at the sexton's office, any particular basket or design may be stored for a period not exceeding one week after removal. If not called for in this period, it may be otherwise disposed of, without right of claim by the owner.
