Fulton Donations for care of graves ordinance (§ 30-93)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article III. Graves
All donations or bequests made by any person for the care of any particular grave in the cemetery shall be made to the city, which funds, so received, shall be used as provided in the gift or devise or in the manner provided in the rules of the city where no special provision is made. The cost of managing the fund and doing the work shall be from time to time deducted therefrom.
