Fulton Issuance restricted ordinance (§ 30-58)
Chapter 30: Cemeteries · Article II. Interment and Inurnment
No city burial permit shall be issued to bury in any grave purchased or conveyed after April 8, 1920, unless such grave is conveyed directly from the city to the person demanding the permit or to the heir of such person or to an ancestor from whom the applicant shall have derived title by descent.
