Fulton Information required for burial ordinance (§ 30-57)

All burial permits issued for burial in city cemeteries must state the name, age, residence, date of death, type of enclosure and time of interment or inurnment of the person to be buried, the length of the graves required and the lot and block number in which the grave is to be dug. This information may be attached to the permit as necessary in the form of an obituary or other such document outlining the required information.
