Fulton Hillcrest Cemetery designated ordinance (§ 30-2)

The tracts of ground as shown in plat book 1, page 58, survey book S, page 102, and warranty deed in book 252, page 508, records of the county, and being bounded on the north by East Eighth Street and Smith Branch, on the west by Hillcrest Street and on the south and east by the property of the Missouri School for the Deaf shall be officially known and designated as the Hillcrest Cemetery.
