Fulton Pioneer Cemetery designated ordinance (§ 30-1)

The plot of ground originally known as the Old Cemetery and located in the northwest corner of block 56 according to the new city plat of the city as recorded in plat book 3, pages 44 and 72, records of the county, and being on the south side of West Fourth Street of the city, except for that portion lying in Westminster Avenue, shall be officially known and designated as the Pioneer Cemetery.
