In short: An organization may hold an organized trade fair or craft show no more than three times a calendar year, for no more than three consecutive days each; more than that counts as running a mercantile business.

Our plain-English summary, not the official text or legal advice. The ordinance below is what counts.

No organized trade fair and craft show may be held by any organization more frequently than three times in any calendar year. No such sale shall be held for more than three consecutive days.
