Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 22-206)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Organized trade fair and craft show means the sale or offering for sale of miscellaneous goods, wares or merchandise to the public under the auspices of any organization, under generally informal circumstances in the city and not on a regular basis as limited in section 22-206.
