Fulton Levied ordinance (§ 22-136)

(a) Every person engaged in the business of supplying telecommunication service for any purpose in the city shall pay to the city clerk, by the 15th of the second month after the first month of doing business, a monthly license tax equal to 8 percent of each month's gross receipts from such business (maximum allowable by law pursuant to information received from Missouri Department of Revenue).

(b) This monthly license tax shall be due on the 15th of each month and shall be based on 8 percent of the gross receipts for the preceding month.
