Fulton Council to require city counselor to sign ordinance (§ 2-71)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article II. City Council

The city council may require the signature of the city counselor on any ordinance or resolution certifying they are correct as to form. Such requirement shall be made any time prior to the passage of any ordinance or resolution.
