Fulton Voting on nominations for office ordinance (§ 2-57)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article II. City Council
When a nomination for office shall be made by the mayor, the council shall proceed to vote thereon, but no nomination shall be ratified until it shall have been approved by a majority of the council.
