Fulton Bid opening procedure ordinance (§ 2-364)

Bids shall be submitted sealed to the city clerk and shall be identified as bids on the envelope. They shall be opened in public and read aloud at the time and place stated in the public notice with at least two persons present at the opening. The city clerk shall send each bidder a copy of the bid tabulation and shall also furnish the bid tabulation to any requesting party.
