Fulton Purchasing policy ordinance (§ 2-362)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article VI. Finances, Purchasing and Bid Procedures
The procedures and requirements previously established in section 2-362 shall be governed by an administrative purchasing policy, which will be established and maintained by the director of administration, the chief financial officer, and applicable department heads, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving administrative needs while aligning with the city's fiduciary responsibilities.
