Fulton Fiscal year ordinance (§ 2-361)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article VI. Finances, Purchasing and Bid Procedures
The fiscal year of the city shall commence on the first day of January and terminate on the thirty-first day of December of each year, and the books, accounts and reports of all officers shall be made to conform thereto.
