Fulton Exception to personnel advisory board procedures ordinance (§ 2-315)

Employees who test positive in the city's random drug testing program, and who thereafter fail to conform to the city's direction regarding rehabilitation and treatment by refusing or declining to participate in any rehabilitation program established by the director of administration, shall be immediately terminated, unless the director of administration shall order otherwise. Employees terminated for failing to participate in a drug rehabilitation program, or failing to successfully complete it in satisfactory manner, shall have no right to have that termination considered and discussed by the personnel advisory board.
