Fulton Procedures ordinance (§ 2-313)

Any request for review of adverse personnel action shall follow the process outlined in the City of Fulton Employee Personnel Manual, as adopted and amended by the city.

The personnel advisory board shall conduct its review in accordance with that manual, including but not limited to provisions for notice, hearing procedures, confidentiality, representation, and timing.

If there is any conflict between this section and the manual, the manual shall govern unless otherwise required by law.
