Fulton Willful misconduct, malicious conduct, abuse of authority ordinance (§ 2-272)

Every city officer who shall be guilty of willful misconduct or abuse of authority or willful and malicious oppressive partiality in his official capacity or under color of his office shall be subject and liable to removal from office for cause. As used in this section, the term "willful misconduct" means either nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance in office.
