Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 2-266)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Officer means any elected official or anyone appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the council.
